About Me
My professional passion is developing human-centered insights and strategies that improve employee and customer experience. Having begun my career in social innovation, applying a design-thinking lens to philanthropic grantmaking for the nonprofit sector, I now focus on bringing those same social impact considerations to the corporate world.
As a consultant, I have worked in both creative agency and strategic firm environments: first with ROC Group—a digital agency within Gallagher Consulting—and then with Deloitte as a member of the Workforce Experience Design team. Now, I manage Albemarle Media Partners, a human-centered digital consulting firm based in Los Angeles, CA.
Day-to-day, I specialize in ethnographic research— interviewing leaders, conducting focus groups, creating personas and journey maps and developing accompanying organizational strategies.. My innovation work includes product-market fit analysis, opportunity assessment, concept development and voice-of-the customer research.
